According to the announcement, the addition of the four altcoins brings the total available assets on Circle Invest to 11. Each coin is available for individual purchase or as part of the platform’s “Buy the Market” feature, which allows users to easily diversify their portfolios with a single click.
In the announcement, Circle also unveils a new app feature, called “Explore,” which provides users with easy-to-digest information about the crypto market and the specific digital assets available for trading on its platform.
This latest move is apart of the company’s efforts to compete with Coinbase for U.S. market share. Circle’s other major investment platform, Poloniex, has also been adding top altcoins for trading in recent months.
EOS, XLM, QTUM and ZRX are currently ranked 5, 6, 27 and 29, respectively, in the AltDex 100 Index (ALT100), a benchmark index for large-cap cryptocurrencies and tokens.
